Happy Wednesday!
I'm sure most of you are wondering about my phone and the story behind it. It's most interesting so I've decided to share.
I left to go to Bonnaroo last week and sometime on Saturday night, and (dun, dun, dun....) lost my phone. I've been feeling completely naked without my little piece of technology, and have been frustrated because I was saving my blogs about the event so I could post them here.
(Insert me singing "No Phone, no phone, I just want to be alone today"....by Cake)
So, I searched and searched and searched when I got home but with no luck. So Gretch called the phone company (joy, joy) and had it turned off. I've been completely disappointed without it because we were friends. Gretch ended up getting a new phone for free out of the deal, and was set to give me her old one when....I look in the bottom of my cosmetics bag and there it is. I know I looked in there but I sure didn't see it the first time, I swear.
So all in all, everything worked out. I found my phone, Gretch got a new one for free, and I can now rest in peace. I'm sorry to anyone who has received my email twice this month that I have lost my phone! I think I'm starting to lose my mind, seriously.
I do have to say though, I kind of wish, in a weird way, that we could go back in time with no cell phones. It was really peaceful knowing that no one could call and bother me.
