Tun3r has invented a virtual AM/FM radio dial collection online...and stations can now rent places so that you can listen, which I will doubt will happen with little local stations throughout the lower markets, but the cool part is that you can do a search of a specific artist and Tun3r will show you where to click. The search will let you see upcoming playlists and similar music styles.
From my industry inside point of view, I doubt this will go anywhere because many stations already broadcast their signals via website in addition to on the airwaves. I doubt they will fork over more money to host their signal on a site like Tun3r when they can already do that on their own website.
Nevertheless, from my artist point of view, it's a cool idea.
